It's hard to place Montreal producer Airick Woodhead (Doldrums) into any specific category. Lucky for us this exclusive mix covers quite a few: Canadian hip hop, bass, and dance decorated in hazy atmospheres and rattling drums of all varieties. Notes Woodhead:

"The mix itself stands up as the necessary codification of what an underground Montreal/Toronto dance mix sounds like. It works in the kitchen, but also in the club. The Jesse Ware, Blawan and Sally Shapiro tracks are my fave jams from DJing on tour, so I thought I'd add them as well, but the point of the mix is to try and present a sound largely arrived at by noise musicians who have grown more and more interested in dance music."
