It may be a hard thing to believe, but The Knife put out their now modern classic Silent Shout just shy of seven years ago, a leave of absence that would make Burial raise an eyebrow. Brother and sister duo Karin Dreijer Andersson and Olof Dreijer have been keeping busy since: their opera project Tomorrow, In a Year came out quietly in 2010, a year after Andersson released a solo album as Fever Ray. Unless Christmas miracles really do exist, expect the true-blue follow-up to Silent Shout in 2013 on Mute. Expect at least a song on par with "Neverland" and "Heartbeats" to add your house party playlist. In the meantime all we have is the teaser video below that went up on their website.
