This fall, Devon Welsh's the musical and performative project, Majical Cloudz, is going on a UK tour in support of his labelmate and collaborator, Grimes. In addition, Welsh dropped a new MP3 called "Turns Turns Turns", a spacious, folky effort that uses modern synth effects to create a surprisingly pastoral result. It's also the first taste of his not-yet-completed debut album, due this fall on Movie Star / Arbutus.
