Ad Hoc Issue 1 Is Now Available

The first issue of Ad Hoc's quarterly print zine is now available! In contrast to our more stream-oriented daily content for the site, the pieces collected for our first print zine are longer, deeper features dedicated to the extra-musical facets of DIY culture. Included are interviews with Animal Collective, Bjorn Copeland of Black Dice, Franco Falsini of Sensations' Fix, Mount Eerie's Phil Elverum, The Flaming Lips' Wayne Coyne, and V. Vale of Re/Search Publications and seminal punk fanzine Search & Destroy, among other pieces. You can read more about it and order a physical or digital copy from the merch section of our bandcamp page.

For those of you in the NYC area, we'll have some Ad Hoc zines unveiled and available tonight at 285 Kent during Silent Drape Runners' Lil' B Discussion Panel featuring Pictureplane, Kitty Pryde, Alexandra Gamlin of Afro-Punk, and SDR themselves as panelists.
