The Ad Hoc Compilation Drops

The Ad Hoc Compilation Drops

We're very excited to finally unveil the Ad Hoc Compilation today on our bandcamp and be able to share nearly 50 unreleased tracks from some of our favorite emerging artists like Pure X, Rangers, Keith Fullerton Whitman, Driphouse, Sun Araw, The Caretaker, Maria Minerva, and so many others. If you're one of our kickstarter backers who pledged for the comp, you'll be getting an email by the end of the day with a unique download code attached to download your copy.

Here are two samples from the comp: Pictureplane's "White Lightz" (which premiered on XLR8R yesterday) and Laurel Halo's "Orfi remix" of Anenon's "This Is What I Meant" from his just-released Inner Hue LP. Long-time fans of Pictureplane will feel right at home in this raw-as-hell trance homage fit for alien ghettoblasters and futuristic strip clubs. Meanwhile, Halo's Anenon re-work revives some of the faithful Detroit cyber-bounce of trippier Hour Logic cuts like "Head," mingling in some earth-shifting bass wobble to bring out the candy kid in you.
